Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DayLock. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > DayLock. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, your local data is removed when you uninstall the app. We recommend using the cloud backup feature to save your data before deleting. If you have a backup, you can restore everything when you reinstall.
DayLock uses native alarm-level audio that is designed to bypass Do Not Disturb on both iOS and Android. However, some device-specific battery optimisation settings may affect alarm delivery. Make sure DayLock is excluded from battery optimisation in your device settings.
The AI Day Planner is a Pro-only feature. Pro subscribers get 15 AI planning requests per day. The AI planner is scoped specifically to day planning and scheduling tasks.
No. All your schedule data, blocks, and analytics are stored locally on your device. If you use cloud backup, your data is encrypted before leaving your device and only you can decrypt it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
